Ground floor: kitchen corners around shared seating, Wine Bar and the 90 m alley. Second floor: ORA Lounge — all beverages, events, live music — plus the 80 m² air-conditioned Kids Area.

Demand generation — planned

We bring people to KORA. You convert them.

  • Venue-level marketing run and paid by KORA: Meta Ads, influencer partnerships, events and activations, the 90 m Instagram alley, shared Google Business profile.
  • Marketing budget: $15K/month — IDR 240,000,000/month (planned). You don't pay for it.
  • Opening Club: an early-access guest list collecting demand ahead of opening across visitor, family, events and partner segments.
  • Events and activations (yoga, markets, workshops) are planned as traffic drivers once the venue operates.
  • Your responsibility stays small: your own brand's social media. Venue marketing is on KORA.

Planned activities are commitments of intent, not guarantees of traffic. Nothing on this slide is a promise of revenue.

From application to opening — six steps.

  • We review within 48–72 hours.
  • LOI + $1,000 reservation fee — your unit and category held for 7 days.
  • Lease signed within 7 days.
  • Fit-out — windows open from August 2026.
