Selena has over a decade of experience in hospitality operations and concept development across Russia and Southeast Asia, operating both individual F&B concepts and multi-unit venues. She developed KORA from land negotiation through design, licensing, construction and tenant recruitment over three years, and leads the project full-time from Ubud.
