What we are

What's inside
Two floors. Twelve kitchen corners, each with its own voice, and a bar in the open-fire yard — beer and hookah, served to the table. The second floor is 2 Moon Spa, opening as phase two after the ground floor. Event space for community nights, brand collaborations, and private gatherings.

How it operates
Tenants run their kitchens. KORA runs the floor, the bar, the events and the operating model that ties them together — so a guest can order from three corners, drink at the bar, and stay through the evening without ever switching venues.
Approach
KORA is not a food court and not a single restaurant. It is a multi-concept hospitality venue — an operating layer between guests, kitchens, bars, events, tenants and the KORA team — built so the experience stays consistent across many concepts.
Operator
KORA Food Hall is operated by PT IZI JIZA BALI (PT PMA), founded by Selena Nigmatulleva. Land is leased through 2038.
Opening
Soft Opening — 1 November 2026. Grand Opening — 1 December 2026.
