What we are

Two floors. Twelve kitchen corners, each with its own voice. A Wine Bar on the ground level. ORA Lounge on the second floor — a layered evening room for cocktails, music, and longer stays. Event space for community nights, brand collaborations, and private gatherings.

How it operates
Tenants run their kitchens. KORA runs the floor, the bars, the lounge, the events and the operating model that ties them together — so a guest can order from three corners, drink at the bar, move upstairs and stay through the evening without ever switching venues.
Approach
KORA is not a food court and not a single restaurant. It is a multi-concept hospitality venue — an operating layer between guests, kitchens, bars, events, tenants and the KORA team — built so the experience stays consistent across many concepts.
Operator
KORA Food Hall is operated by PT IZI JIZA BALI (PT PMA), founded by Selena Nigmatulleva. Land is leased through 2038.
Opening
Soft Opening — 1 November 2026. Grand Opening — 1 December 2026.
